Short Preview: Ratchet and Clank: A Crack In Time

This is the follow up to the brilliant Tools of Destruction and Quest For Booty. Expect to see a lot more fun and excitement in A Crack in Time.

Ratchet and Clank will both be playable characters in this bundle of fun trying to find out about their origins. Ratchet ofcourse thought he was the last Lombax in existance until this new but older Lombax named Azimuth is thrown into the storyline. The game will once again eature silly humour from what we know. A lot of quircky guns will be included and some pretty nasty dofights in outer space.

The storyline we know of so far is that Ratchet will be trying to find his friend Clank and how he has to confront Dr. Nefarious who is trying to use time for evil purposes. You will be facing a lot of new characters including some new enemies called Igorians.

A new weapon we know of is the Sonic Eruptor which is the gun shown in the first gameplay which was shown by Insomniac Games. The gun is pretty much a handle with a frog on top and when triggered the frog will belch and blast enemies away with the loud sound.

We can tell that the game is almost certain to exceed Tools of Destruction with it's new range of weapons and a brilliant storyline. Watch out! This is one of the summers biggest games.
