E3 '09: Uncharted 2 Voted Best Game

The Game Critics Awards has named Uncharted 2: Among Thieves the best game of E3 2009. The judges are all editors from well-known American Gaming Websites, 28 of them to be precise.

The game was named the Best of Show, Best Action Adventure Game and Best Console Game. This shows that the PS3 really does still have a lot to offer. Other winners were Modern Warfare 2 for Best Action Game, Fight Night Round 4 for Best Sports Game and surprisingly, the 360's exclusive racer, Forza Motorsport 3 didn't win Best Racing Game. Split/Second did. Very Surprising.

Uncharted 2 will be released exclusivly on PlayStation 3 in Q4 of 2009 (Expected to be August/September). The game could soon take the lead over from Killzone 2 for best looking game with it's outstanding graphics. The multiplayer beta is live now.
